It would be helpful if you could turn off your boiler about 1 hour before your engineer is due to arrive but this is not essential.
Your documentation is emailed to you at the end of your appointment. We are committed to reducing our paper usage so unfortunately we do not issue any paper documents.
A standard boiler service appointment will take about 45 minutes while a major boiler service will take about 1hr-1hr 15minutes.
All payments are taken at the end of the appointment. We do not offer payment by invoice. Using a chip and pin payment terminal we can accept card and contactless payments as well as cash. Unfortunately we do not take payments from American Express / Amex cards.
If you are not going to be at the property we will call you once your service has been completed and take payment over the phone. Please have a payment card ready. As soon as your payment has been processed your documents will be emailed to you.
You can cancel your appointment via the link in the confirmation email you were sent. There will be no charge as long as your appointment has been cancelled with 48hrs notice. If you are cancelling with less than 48hrs notice this can only be done by telephone on 01865 362801 and unfortunately you will be liable for the full cost of the appointment.
If you are not in when we attend and you have not contacted us to let us know you're running late the engineer will wait at the property for 15 minutes, you will then be liable for the full cost of the appointment.
